were collected ａnd homogenized in PBS. The samples were centrifuged
for 15 min at 5000 rpm ａnd 4 ?C. The supernatants were stored at ? 80 ?C
for further analysis to evaluate the levels of interleukin 1β (IL-1β), IL-6,
IL-8, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) ａnd prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). The
cytokine levels were measured by ELISA assay following the manufacturer’s instructions. The absorbance was measured at 450 nm. Results
were calculated using the standard curves created in each assay ａnd
shown as ng/L.

The dulbecco＇s modified Eagle＇s medium (DMEM) ａnd trypsin-EDTA were all obtained from Biological Industries (Kibbutz Beit-Haemek, Israel). Corning (NY, USA) provided the cell culture dishes.
TRIZOL Reagent Kits, SYBR Green Master Mix ａnd reverse transcriptase kit were all purchased from Vazyme Biotech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute of Nanjing (Nanjing, China) provided the Nitric Oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) ａnd total superoxide dismutase (SOD) detection kits. Shanghai hengyuan biological technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) provided the
TNF-α, IL-1β ａnd Estradiol (E2) ELISA kits. Beyotime Biotechnology Institute (Shanghai, China) provided the glutathione peroxidase, nitric Oxide (NO), protein contents assay kits ａnd N-Acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC). MCE (St. Louis, MO, USA) provided the inhibitors including G1, G15, SB203580, U0126, BAY11-7082, GKT137831, TAK-242, 3-MA, Fulvestrant, Flutamide, ML385 ａnd RTA-408.
